ABOUT ME / HOW I THINK

Build around
the work.

I’ve spent six years in B2B sales.
Now I’m building the systems around it.

I start with a simple question: what needs to happen for the right buyer to become a customer? Find the account. Understand the problem. Recognise the timing. Start a relevant conversation. Follow through.

Then I work backwards: which decisions need a person, which steps can run as a system, and what context should move between them?

THE CONNECTION I SEE
ONE CONNECTEDcommercial
loop.
01SalesConversations → customers
02TractionCustomers → evidence
03FundraisingEvidence → conviction
04CapacityCapital → better systems

MY OPERATING THESIS

Systems do the groundwork.
People move the deal.

With today’s technology and AI, I believe much of the coordination that once needed a large sales team can run through connected systems.

My preferred model starts with one engineer building the motion and account executives owning the conversations and closing. The team grows where the work demands it.

01

One systems builder

Connect research, data, qualification, outreach and CRM. Hand over qualified opportunities with the context to act.

CONTEXT + A CLEAR NEXT STEP
02

Account executives

Understand the buyer. Build trust. Navigate the decision. Negotiate and close.

Conversations feed insight back into the system.

THE BIGGER LOOP

Sales and fundraising
share a chain.

I’ve worked across both sales and fundraising. In each, the work starts with the right people, an understanding of what matters to them, evidence of fit and consistent follow-through.

Sales puts the story to the test. Customers create evidence. Traction can strengthen investor conviction. Capital creates room to improve the product, build better systems and reach more customers.

A buyer’s objection should sharpen the message. A lost deal should improve targeting. The fundraising story should stay grounded in what customers actually do.

That’s how I build: start with the decisions, connect the evidence, and make every action inform the next. Choose the tools once the logic is clear.
